 69Years Old Male, who came with Severe Chest Pain, was diagnosed to have Coronary Artery Disease (Blockage of Heart Vessels). Underwent Off Pump Bypass Surgery. Came for Review after 6months. Now completely Pain Free (Angina).  

59year Old Male, having severe blockage of all the 3 Coronary Arteries, with Coexisting Kidney disease, underwent successful Off Pump Coronary Artery Bypass grafting (CABG). More importantly, Surgery was done in the ongoing COVID Time taking all necesssary precautions. 

Middle Aged Male, 52years Old, presenting with Acute MI & having Depressed Left Ventricular Function~<40%. Underwent Off Pump CABG.  

 Middle Aged 42years Old Male with Hearing impairment, underwent Aortic Valve Replacement (AVR), for Severe Aortic Stenosis. Discharged on Day 5 of Surgery. 

 Young Female was having severe breathing difficulty & palpitations. She could not complete a sentence in a single breath, before Surgery. Post-operatively, had dramatic improvement, following Mitral valve Replacement (MVR). 

 Middle Aged Female having a Hole in the Heart, who came with complaints of Breathlessness & Palpitations. Underwent successful Open Heart Surgery (ASD Closure).

64year Old Male, With Severe Blockage of All the 3 Arteries of Heart, Underwent OFF PUMP CABG 

52Year Old Male from Guwahati having all 3 arteries of Heart blocked with 1 100% blocked. Underwent Off Pump CABG.  

 64 Year Old in NYHA Class III, From Manipur having Blockage in Coronary Arteries with Severely damaged Left Sided Valve, underwent CABG with AVR. 

 Middle Aged Male from Golaghat, Assam, underwent Off pump CABG. At present Chest Pain free at 6months follow up. 

Young Male, with Severe Aortic Regurgitation, Underwent Successful AVR, Aortic Valve Replacement
